Today is a memorable day for me. Time was at about 7pm i the evening. I was on the way to home when my phone was ringing. Caller was from my company. That was the moment I saw beauty of drearms from some other person’s eyes.
He had been given an acting appointment. that is the evaluation step before a promotion. Today was the date of confirmation of his acting appointment. He was asking whether the confirmation in the post has been granted or not.
the significant thing in the call was not any of above details. He was asking about the confirmation cos he wanted to order a car, cos he is going to get married.
See the beauty of dreams. As well as our selves, others also have dreams. Not only us, they are also living. If we cant understand this reality, we would not become ‘Good Managers’ ever.
