It is amazing to see what I am getting. I dedicated my family, love and comfortable life only for one thing. It became my life.. Sometimes I wondered why am I so attached to it! Even now I dont know the real answer.
Sometimes it might be a hiding place for what I didnt get from the life. Some times it might be where I survived from my inner downturns. Some times, this desire can be what was within me when I was born. Only god knows the real answer.
But I am very proud to write these few words. I am getting what I wanted from the day I stepped into real HRD. Love, attachment and developments.. that was what I expected from my career. From the very beginning, after I changed my attitudes and thinking pattern, I began to win people. Now as a HR Manager, I am proud to say that I have become a people’s person.
Still there are few miles to go. From the soft skills side of HR, I want to get fullest satisfaction from winning people. That is a live testing of Dale Canagi’s views. After I become fully satisfied about myself, I wont have anything to win other than my developmental goal.
I am very happy to hear employees appraise me, when they say that they are not afraid of HR Manager any more and they like my way of dealing with them, my smile, I eventually feel that I am paying back the world for why was I born.
So, it is life. I am really lucky to see my dreams are coming true. today I began motivational quotes program.. day by day, I develop a new program with my team. Is there more to get than that????
